Melvin has an over fifteen-year career in community development. He joined StepUp after witnessing our deep passion for people and transformational community-based programs. Melvin is always seeking knowledge and is driven by the need to be impactful. He is a well-traveled community-based servant leader and has been engaged with various community-based work including, mental health, housing, youth development, and the faith community.
