Every journey
deserves a fresh start.
This is not just a building. It’s a launchpad for change.
StepUp Ministry has been a catalyst for transformation for decades.
As our programs—and the need for them—have grown, our physical space has not kept pace. To sustain this essential work, StepUp needs a facility that reflects our growth.
Join us as we pave a new pathway forward, not only for StepUp’s future, but for the next generation of participants and families who are ready to transform their lives.

The path forward.
As StepUp designs a long-term solution to support program growth over the next 35 years, we are seeking $7.5 million to fund a new 9,500 square-foot facility and the resources needed to sustain it. This includes $6.5 million for construction and project costs, plus a $1 million Strength & Stability Fund to ensure the new facility and expanded programs remain strong, welcoming, and financially secure from day one.
The layout will bring StepUp’s wraparound model to life in new ways, creating space for participants, families, and volunteers to fully experience our vision. Seventy-two percent of the new facility will be devoted to programming, with a warm, home-like feel reminiscent of our current StepUp house. The structure and flow of the building will mirror our program model, intentionally following the journey of our participants from the moment they walk through the door.
The new facility will allow StepUp to serve five times as many participants as it currently serves, potentially lifting 1,000 residents out of poverty annually.

The Strength & Stability Fund: protecting the pathway to transformation.
As StepUp expands its space and services, it will also incur new ongoing costs, including utilities, maintenance, and staffing for program growth.
In order to protect this investment, a $1 million Strength & Stability Fund has been created to provide both a prudent reserve for building upkeep and a two-year bridge for operational growth.
By planning for these needs now, we will be able to help ensure that StepUp’s programs—and the building that houses them—remain strong and sustainable for many years to come.
A call for change.
Now is the moment to step forward and walk alongside us.
Your investment will expand opportunity, strengthen families, and multiply StepUp’s impact across our community.
Help us build what’s next.
