Colisha C. Stanford serves as Executive Director of StepUp Ministry. Colisha has over 25 years of leadership experience and has served in a leadership role at StepUp Ministry for the last 15 years. Colisha was recently named a Triangle Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award winner for her leadership and commitment to wholeheartedly serving her community. While studying at Harvard Business School, Colisha was voted “Most Likely to Lead a Successful Community Initiative that Yields Lasting Positive Impact.” She holds a Harvard Business School Certificate in Driving Nonprofit Performance and Innovation and an additional certification from Harvard Business School in Leadership. Colisha is an East Carolina University graduate and takes pride in supporting her alumni association. Colisha is community focused, a progressive thinker, and a master cultivator. She is happiest while traveling the world, serving others, and spending time with her family and friends.
