Cathy has nearly a decade of experience in development, program coordination, relationship management, and curriculum design. She helps lead the Employment Academy in delivering practical, outcome-driven training. A StepUp volunteer turned employee, she brings a deep commitment to empowering individuals through workforce readiness and long-term career development. Cathy holds a Master's Degree in Developmental Psychology, and is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
