Mary Allison Raper

Mary Allison Raper joined our board as a former employee of StepUp who deeply believes in our mission and staff.

She brings over 15 years of expertise in helping nonprofits achieve their goals. Mary Allison is the Director of Advancement at St. David’s School. She enjoys time with her family, reading fiction and non-fiction, and playing tennis with her friends.
