Real World Program
A safe place for young adults to transition into adulthood.
Real World is a free weekly program that blends life skills training with career and educational support designed for young adults ages 16 to 21.
Focused on financial literacy, social-emotional learning, and job skill development, Real World participants are cared for, encouraged, and propelled into their future success.
Participants are welcome to attend Real World whether or not their parents are involved with StepUp.

Money Smarts
Create economic well-being by learning the principles of banking, saving, taxes, and needs vs. wants.
Lifelong Learning
Value and pursue learning, including post-secondary educational opportunities.
Social & Emotional Learning
Practice social awareness, self-awareness, self-regulation, responsible decision making, and relationship skills.
Work Smarts
Develop a professional toolkit that includes resume writing, interviewing skills, work ethic, and appropriate attitudes and behavior while at work.
